Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation of your order and another notification when your order has shipped. After dropping off your order with the shipping carrier, any delays are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculating shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for AB and BC. For other Canadian provinces, please email simplywildco@yhaoo.com with a complete list of items you would like to order. We will get back to you with an invoice and shipping costs payable by e-transfer. Why? Because we want to save you money!
Local Pick Up (Fernie, BC only)
Free local pickup is available at Interior Envy (441 2 Avenue, Fernie BC | Monday through Saturday 11-5, Sundays 11-4)Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, but please wait for your "order is ready" email before picking up.
Select "Pick Up" 'under delivery' method at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you don't receive your order on the expected date, please allow a few extra days, then contact us at simplywildco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We want you to have a positive experience with our products and feel confident our products are fresh, and have not been used by other customers. With the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however, if you are unsatisfied, please email us with your concerns. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at simplywildco@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
