Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We want you to have a positive experience with our products and feel confident our products are fresh, and have not been used by other customers. With the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however, if you are unsatisfied, please email us with your concerns. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at simplywildco@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
